In a vibrant display of community spirit, the people of Anwomaso came together on Saturday, May 4, 2024 to honor the legacy of Otumfuo Osei Tutu, the King of the Ashanti kingdom, with a massive clean-up exercise marking 25 years of his dedicated service.
The event, organized by the Oforikrom Municipal Assembly and Manhyia Palace, saw hundreds of residents, traditional leaders, government officials, and volunteers from various organizations, to clean up the streets, markets, and public spaces at Anwomaso.
Otumfuo’s 25 years of service have been marked by significant development, peace, and unity in the region. Under his leadership, the Ashanti kingdom has experienced tremendous growth, and his commitment to the well-being of his people has been unwavering. The clean-up exercise was a testament to his dedication to the community’s health, environment, and prosperity.
