The Oforikrom Municipal Chief Executive, Hon Gloria Temmah Gambrah has called on the Muslim youth to live life that is worthy of emulation so that the young ones who look up to them do same.

Hon. Gambrah made this plea when she conveyed her seasonal greetings to the Muslim fraternity in the Oforikrom municipality during the Ramadan celebration.

The MCE commended the Muslims for their religious commitment which made them endure 30 days of fasting and prayers.

She later on behalf of the Assembly donated some food items to the Muslims and also pleaded that they pray for peace to reign in the country.  

The fasting and prayers were aimed at cleansing of sins and renewal of relationship with Allah.
